at Leonard R. Pierce Memorial Park

What will the session look like?

Welcome Activity

Stick & String Spiderwebs & Pinecone spiders:

Upon arrival you will be welcomed to a table with supplies to create and decorate your own stick spiderwebs and pinecone spiders.

Community Nature Web & Introduce Feature Creature

Once Explorers and Guides have settled in and completed their stick and string spiderwebs, we will wander and collect nature items to add to a community nature web woven between two trees.

Our feature creature is a SPIDER! 🕷️

As always, Explorers are the leaders. Wherever play takes them is where we go! We will finish with a spider-y read aloud, fun snack, stamps, stickers and of course our beloved feature creature cards!
